Our Warranty PolicyIf one of our woody landscape plants dies within one year and was installed by one of our landscapers, we will replace any shrub or tree with a comparable plant or another plant equivalent to the original purchase price. There are no additional labor charges and each plant is limited to a one-time replacement. This offer is only valid provided that the plant has received adequate care as per our instructions and does not include weather, animal, insect damage or disease. Butterfly bushes, roses, herbaceous perennials, grasses, and annuals are excluded from the warranty, as are any discounted items.
